Mighty No. 9 is a side-scrolling platformer developed by Inti Creates and Keiji Inafune’s Comcept. Touted as a spiritual successor to the Mega Man franchise, the game raised $3.8 million on Kickstarter and was developed with significant input from the Beckers (a pun on the protagonist’s name). /bdo-ap-dmg-scaling-chart.html. In general, you want to shoot and destroy enemies that get in your way. However, once an enemy takes a certain amount of damage, it will be stunned. You can continue shooting the foe, or dash through the enemy to absorb it and gain a temporary buff. Enemies that glow red give Beck an attack boost, which improves Beck’s shot damage and range; yellow-glowing enemies give him a defense boost; green enemies give him a speed boost; and blue enemies give him a healing recharge. These boosts last only for a few seconds, but can be extended by dashing through another of the same enemy type.
